It is enough to rinse small mushrooms well; it is better to clean larger ones by removing the films from the caps. Also cut off any darkened sections on the stems. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.

    Pour vegetable oil with a high smoking point into a frying pan and heat well. Fry, stirring, the onion until transparent, add the champignons, salt, pepper and fry until the mushrooms are fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated).

    Cut the boiled chicken gizzards into small pieces. The salad will look beautiful and neat if you cut all the ingredients into pieces of the same size and shape (for example, cubes).

To be honest, I don’t really like carrots in Korean; somehow I didn’t really appreciate this cuisine. Pickled cucumbers are enough for me, maybe even pickled ones. And a green onion, the season is just beginning. It’s worth taking carrots, but just boiled ones, and the salad will be decorated with vitamins.
