Since childhood, the kitchen has been the center of our home, where the smells of homemade dishes brought the family together around the table. My grandmother patiently shared the secrets of traditional recipes, and my mother inspired me to experiment with exotic ingredients. These moments taught me that food is not only nourishment, but also a way to express love and care. Traveling around the world, I drew inspiration from different cuisines, looking for harmony of tastes and textures. My goal is to show that anyone can cook and that simple dishes can become magic on your table.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts at Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
