Previously, my husband didn’t want to think or hear anything about dishes prepared with cod liver. I decided to somehow prepare such a salad, my husband decided to try it. And yet, strangely enough for both of us, he liked it. Sometimes instead of rice, I add boiled potatoes. It also turns out delicious.

Cod liver is very useful. I try to have her present at our table more often. Unfortunately, I don’t have many options for preparing it. This salad is a great idea. I'll take a note. By the way, so that the rice cools faster and does not stick together in salads, I boil it in a very large amount of water, and then rinse it under cold running water until completely cooled. The result is fluffy rice. Just what you need for a salad.

The salad is very tasty, but not for a holiday table. It doesn't look very nice. Either it should be made in layers or served in tartlets. And cod liver, for my taste, is too much for so many other ingredients. You can take half as much. Everyone at home liked it and ate it with pleasure.
