Who doesn't love crab salad?). I cook it for almost all holidays and always with corn. But for the next feast I made a classic crab salad without corn. It seems to me that replacing the sweet corn with hot onions turns this cold appetizer from a “children’s” into an “adult” one). We really liked this option, interesting taste, unusual. I took a young onion, not yet formed, and cut it into rings. I crushed the remaining ingredients into cubes. I boiled the rice in a large amount of water, then washed it with cold boiled water and cooled it. It turned out crumbly, just right for a salad. Added young dill leaves. Such a delicious aroma! I think you can also add crab-flavored croutons. Thanks for the new recipe for me!
