STEP 1

First of all, take care of the tomatoes. Tomatoes of any variety are suitable for this salad. You can use soft, overripe, wrinkled ones, the main thing is to avoid rot. So, wash the tomatoes, remove the attachment points of the stalks. Cut the tomatoes into 2-4 parts.
STEP 3
Next they need to be crushed. This can be done using a meat grinder, food processor or blender. Pour the tomato into a suitable sized saucepan. Place on medium heat to warm up.

Meanwhile, take care of the rest of the vegetables. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove the core and seeds. Peel the onions and carrots. Rinse all vegetables.

Chop the onion into small cubes.

Grate the carrots using a coarse grater.

Rinse the rice several times until the water is clean. Add rice to the pan with all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and bring the rice and vegetable mixture to a boil. Pour vinegar into the salad and mix again.
