STEP 1

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs to help them cool faster. Wash the cucumber in running water. Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Open the jar of champignons and drain the liquid from them.
STEP 2
First of all, pickle the onion. To do this, finely chop the onion and pour vinegar over it. Let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the vinegar and rinse the onion with water. Pickled onions will give the finished salad a unique taste.
STEP 3
Cut the boiled chicken meat into small cubes and place in a bowl for preparing the salad. Take a bowl large enough so that the prepared salad can be conveniently mixed.
STEP 4
Cut the cucumber into small pieces and add to the bowl with the chicken. Choose for yourself whether to peel the cucumbers or not. I didn't do this.
STEP 5
You can take champignons either already chopped or whole. If they are very large, then cut them into 4 parts. Add the chopped champignons to the bowl with the salad.
STEP 6
Peel the boiled eggs, cut them and also add them to the salad. Next, add the pickled onions. Season the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix well.
STEP 7
Salad ready! Cool it a little in the refrigerator. Before serving, transfer to a salad bowl. The finished salad is light, tasty, and thanks to the chicken meat, quite filling. Bon appetit!
