Chicken cutlets with cottage cheese in the oven

Juicy chicken fillet cutlets with cottage cheese. For cutlets, you can use meat from both the breast and thighs. If desired, you can add bread crumbs soaked in milk to the minced meat. It is advisable to take cottage cheese that is not dry and not very lumpy. Then the cutlets will retain their juiciness.

To be honest, when I saw the recipe for chicken cutlets with cottage cheese in the oven, I was surprised. I would never have thought that cutlets could be made with the addition of cottage cheese. Well, I decided to try it. Of the spices, I only added salt; I think pepper would be superfluous. Well, whoever likes it. I didn’t add an egg either; in my opinion, the cutlets would have turned out a little dry. By the way, as a note, many chefs do not recommend putting eggs in minced meatballs. Well, again, this is my opinion. I had homemade cottage cheese and, as you know, it had grains and was a bit dry. I mixed it with milk. For 200 grams of cottage cheese I added 4 tablespoons of milk. The consistency turned out to be like store-bought 5℅ cottage cheese. I mixed minced meat, cottage cheese, salt and dill (I used frozen). I defrosted it first. I formed the cutlets, rolled them in breadcrumbs and placed them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Be sure to grease the paper with vegetable oil, and then lay out the cutlets. Cooked for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. The cutlets turned out juicy. The combination of minced meat with cottage cheese gives a delicate, slightly milky taste. And dill adds piquancy to the dish as a whole. Very satisfying, healthy and tasty.
