Mix the curd filling with a blender until it becomes sour cream. Particular attention should be paid to ensure that there are no lumps of curd left. I usually work with a blender in the "impulse" program.

Pour the curd filling into the mold onto the base.

Peel the apples and remove the seeds. Apples can be cut into long strips, thin slices or triangles. The main thing is that the apple pieces are in the same style :)

Place apples in the curd filling of the pie, sprinkle with cinnamon and vanilla sugar. The pie is baked in the oven at 200 degrees (the oven is preheated). We determine readiness by the dryness of a toothpick inserted into the pie. On average, it takes 40 minutes until done, but it all depends on the oven. Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool well. The cooling process is very important - the curd filling must “take”.
