Butter pies with apple filling in the oven
Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Break two chicken eggs into a convenient container and add thirty grams of butter.
STEP 2
Add one hundred grams of sugar, one teaspoon of vanilla sugar to the container and mix well with a whisk.
STEP 3
Pour two hundred and fifty milliliters of yogurt into a common container and mix well.
STEP 4
Sift five hundred grams of flour into a container in parts and add one-third of a teaspoon of salt.
STEP 5
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a container.
STEP 6
Pour two teaspoons of dry yeast into a common container, mix and begin kneading the dough with your hands.
STEP 7
Sift the remaining flour into a common container.
STEP 8
Continue kneading the dough with your hands.
STEP 9
Place the dough on the table, sprinkle it with a small amount of flour and knead thoroughly with your hands.
STEP 10
Place the dough in a container greased with vegetable oil and cover it with a towel and place it in a warm place.
STEP 11
Peel five apples and cut into slices about half a centimeter thick.
STEP 12
To prevent the apples from turning black and turning into mush during baking, sprinkle them with a small amount of citric acid; you can also add lemon juice.
STEP 13
Add ten grams of butter, fifty grams of sugar to a frying pan heated on the stove and lay out the chopped apple slices.
STEP 14
Stir the apples and fry them over high heat for three minutes; during cooking, the apples should release their juice, add one teaspoon of cinnamon and stir.
STEP 15
Turn off the stove and place the apples from the frying pan into a colander so that the syrup needed later can be drained into the bowl.
STEP 16
After one hour and fifteen minutes, lightly flour the table and place the well-risen, tender dough on it.
STEP 17
Knead the dough thoroughly and release all the carbon dioxide.
STEP 18
Divide the dough into twelve approximately equal pieces and knead them into flat cakes half a centimeter thick.
STEP 19
Fill each flatbread with one tablespoon of apples and roll it into an envelope.
STEP 20
Place the prepared envelopes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cover with a towel and leave to rise for twenty minutes in a warm place.
STEP 21
Brush the pies that have risen well after proofing with beaten egg and bake for twenty minutes in an oven preheated to one hundred and seventy-five degrees.
STEP 22
Remove the baking sheet from the oven, brush the hot pies with apple syrup and leave to cool.
STEP 23
Place the pies on a plate and serve.
