Pies in 15 minutes from quick dough

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make pies in 15 minutes from quick dough? Prepare ingredients for making dough and filling. You can use absolutely any product as a filling - it will be delicious with both salty and sweet filling. For the purity of the experiment - pies in 15 minutes, I decided to take ready-made jam, then preparing the pies comes down to kneading the dough.
STEP 2

Prepare the dough. How to make the dough? Pour warm water into a bowl, add a tablespoon of flour, sugar and dry yeast. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. Cover the bowl and leave for 10 minutes.
STEP 3

After 10 minutes, the yeast will be activated and rise with a “cap” above the water. If this does not happen, then you will have to take other yeast; this one turned out to be inactive.
STEP 4

Add a pinch of salt and vegetable oil.
STEP 5

Start adding the sifted flour in parts, stirring it after each portion. It may take more or less flour, it depends on its quality and air humidity. The dough should become quite thick. When it becomes difficult to stir it with a spoon, continue kneading it on the table with your hands.
STEP 6

Adding flour if necessary, knead the dough until smooth. This will take very little time - the oil in the composition will quickly make it elastic. That's it, the dough is ready, you can bake pies from it.
STEP 7

Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each piece into a ball.
STEP 8

Roll out the ball into a thin layer.
STEP 9

Place two tablespoons of filling in the center.
STEP 10

Pinch the pie. For control, I also made a curly braid.
STEP 11

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Arrange the pies, leaving space between them - they will grow a little, but they will grow in size.
STEP 12

Preheat the oven to 180°C, top-bottom mode. Bake the pies until golden brown, 20-25 minutes. The exact time will depend on the features of your oven. You can grease the finished pies with butter. I left them as is. Serve the pies warm with milk, tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
