Bream baked in the oven
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Catching bream
STEP 2

wash it
STEP 3

We clear it of scales and take a strong, sharp knife.
STEP 4

very carefully cut it along the ridge on both sides, break off the ribs with the tip of a knife, gradually separating the ridge from the carcass. (caviar or milk, we don’t throw away the liver)
STEP 5

it should turn out like this. dry the carcass with a towel and salt it with seasoning
STEP 6

and in the meantime, let’s take care of the vegetables and caviar, cut everything finely, add salt, taking into account that we have already salted the carcass a little, add butter in cubes
STEP 7

mix everything thoroughly
STEP 8

put it aside
STEP 9

and we prepare the baking tray ourselves, grease it with oil, put baking paper and again with oil
STEP 10

Place the carcass on a baking sheet and vegetables on one half
STEP 11

close with the other half
STEP 12

looks something like this

on top I sprinkled flour with seasoning and cheese
STEP 14

and put in the oven for 35-40 minutes 180 degrees
