Salad with eggs and garlic
The simplest egg and garlic salad recipe is made from three ingredients. Mayonnaise is added to the first two. Everything is mixed into a homogeneous mass and served either as a classic salad or as a spread for sandwiches and canapés. Eggs can either be grated or cut into cubes. Be sure to grind the garlic until puree - in a garlic press or mortar.
In principle, if you process all the ingredients with a blender, you can get a pate that will be an ideal filling for snack rolls and tartlets.
You can diversify the so-called base of this dish with the help of other products. That is, add to the above some of the following in different combinations. These are: carrots (raw, boiled, Korean), cabbage, green onions, cheese, potatoes (boiled and grated), avocado, beets, onions (in order not to kill the special tenderness of the salad, it is recommended to pour boiling water over it and then drain water), squid, crab sticks, cucumbers, tomatoes, rice, corn, crackers, peas, assorted greens.
Any meat products can also be used, including boiled beef, pork, chicken
Instead of boiled eggs, you can add fried eggs to this salad. How to do it: beat the egg with a fork with salt (you can add a little water or milk). Fry in the form of an egg pancake in a frying pan with butter. Then roll it into a roll, cut it in half lengthwise, then into strips, crosswise. Mix with various products, including garlic. By the way, in this case you can first fry it in hot oil, and only then fry the egg in it, which is aromatic.
