As I understand it, this is one of the variations of Mimosa. I’ve never tried making it with sprats. But I think it will be delicious. And with beer, it’s the same in general. In general, I’ll drink it and look!

The salad, of course, is delicious, sometimes it is prepared by me, but the salad recipe undergoes slight changes, instead of sprat I use natural Atlantic herring with the addition of oil, and I also do not put croutons in the salad.
