The Chinese cabbage, chicken breast, cucumber, egg, tomato salad attracted my attention due to the ingredients necessary for its preparation. Juicy vegetables, tender meat, fragrant hot garlic - all together it’s very tasty and also filling! So much so that my lunch today included only the first course and salad. I cooked the chicken breast, cooled it, and cut it into small cubes. I finely chopped the Chinese cabbage, cut the cucumbers and onions into thin semicircles, tomatoes and eggs into slices, grated the garlic on a medium grater. I dressed the salad with mayonnaise, because of all the salad dressings, my husband prefers it. I added mayonnaise to the plate right before serving. Thank you very much for the recipe!
