I prepared a tender salad with chicken and cheese. A good recipe, simple and quick, made from ordinary ingredients. I boiled carrots, eggs and chicken thighs in advance. I cooled everything down, cleaned it and removed the chicken meat from the bones. I crushed all the ingredients, did not separate the eggs into yolks and whites. I took 67% mayonnaise and mixed it with garlic. I put the salad in portions into rings, spreading it with sauce, so I got two good servings. The top layer was made from green onions. The salad was kept in the refrigerator and then served. It turned out to be an incredibly tasty salad. Carrots not only added beauty, but also a distinct vegetable taste. Eggs gave tenderness and airiness to the salad, and chicken and cheese added satiety. The garlic played perfectly in the sauce and gave a special zest to the salad.
