STEP 1

How to make Malachite bracelet salad with kiwi? Prepare the indicated products. Pre-boil chicken fillet and eggs and cool. You can cook Korean carrots at home yourself, or you can buy ready-made ones. Any cheese without a specific taste will do. Take a medium-sized apple, not sour. Choose ripe kiwis, with the skin and pulp intact, not overstayed. Kiwi may need more.
STEP 2

Wash the apple and wipe dry, remove the skin. Cut the apple into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Thanks to this, it will not turn brown. Peel the kiwi. Finely chop one kiwi and leave the others to garnish the salad.
STEP 3

Finely chop the boiled chicken fillet. Add the garlic, passed through a press, mayonnaise and mix. Add salt if necessary. Peel the boiled eggs and grate on a coarse grater. Grate the cheese on a medium or coarse grater.
STEP 4

For the salad, take a round dish. You need to place the salad in the form of a ring, using a glass, but you can do without it. Place the glass upside down on the selected dish. Place the first layer of chicken fillet mixed with garlic and mayonnaise.
STEP 5

Place crushed eggs in a second layer and coat the layer with mayonnaise. Eggs can be pre-mixed with mayonnaise, then there is no need to coat this layer with mayonnaise.
STEP 6

Place slices of chopped kiwi on top of the egg layer.
STEP 7

Place Korean carrots in the next layer. If the carrots are too long, then they should be cut into smaller pieces to make it easier to stack.
STEP 8

Place chopped apple pieces on top of the carrot layer.
STEP 9

Place the next layer of grated cheese and spread generously with mayonnaise.
STEP 10

Peel the kiwi and cut into slices. Garnish the salad with kiwi slices.
STEP 11

Before serving the salad, leave it to soak for about 2 hours. Before serving, remove the glass from the salad. If desired, also place kiwi slices inside the ring. Bon appetit!
