Salad Tenderness with ham and cucumber

STEP 1

To prepare the salad, first boil the eggs. To do this, place raw eggs in a ladle and fill with cold water. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Then drain the hot water and pour cold water over the eggs. Leave them until they cool completely. Then wipe the eggs from water and peel them.
STEP 2

Wash the cucumber. Trim the tails on both sides and cut into strips. If the cucumber is too large with a thick peel, you will need to peel it first.
STEP 3

Place the sliced cucumbers in a large, prepared bowl that will allow you to easily mix the salad.
STEP 4

Cut the required amount of ham into strips.
STEP 5

Add the chopped ham to the bowl with the cucumbers.
STEP 6

Cut the eggs with a sharp knife or using an egg slicer. Add chopped eggs to salad.
STEP 7

Then grate the hard cheese directly into the bowl on a coarse grater. Add a little chopped garlic.
STEP 8

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything well. Place the salad in the refrigerator to chill before serving. Before the feast, transfer the prepared salad to a salad bowl. Bon appetit!
