Fleshy and elastic fruits are very suitable. You can also make a salad from cherry tomatoes; they have a sweetish taste, which will make the salad brighter.

    The first step is to boil the eggs. Fill them with cold water and place on low heat. Gradual heating of the water will help ensure that the eggs do not burst during the cooking process. As soon as the water heats up, turn the heat to maximum and after boiling, reduce the heat to minimum again. Cook the eggs, covered, until done (about 15-20 minutes).

    Cool the boiled eggs and peel them.

    Peel the garlic and rinse the cloves under running water. Pass it through a press or grate it on a fine grater. Add the garlic to the mayonnaise and mix everything well.

    Cut the eggs in half, chop three halves into cubes, and leave the fourth to decorate the salad. To grind eggs, you can also use a coarse grater, as you prefer. Send the eggs to the cheese and tomatoes.

    Gently stir the salad with a large spoon, try to see if you have enough salt. If it is not enough, then add salt to taste (I usually add two pinches). Transfer the finished dish to a salad bowl.

    Grate the remaining half of the egg on a fine grater. Rub directly over the salad, trying to evenly distribute the white and yolk on the surface. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

I ended up with a couple of juicy tomatoes. I made them into a salad of tomatoes, cheese and mayonnaise with garlic. The tomatoes, although “winter”, turned out to be juicy, sweet and bright. I cut them into cubes. I took Russian cheese, it is not spicy, with a mild taste. I grated it, like the eggs, on a coarse grater. I added dill, parsley, fragrant garlic and seasoned with sour cream instead of mayonnaise. The satat is ready, everything is quick and easy! I really like this combination of products, delicious! If the salad sits for a while, a delicious sauce will appear. If you prefer a salad without juice, then I advise you to remove the pulp from the tomatoes, season with thick mayonnaise and serve immediately. Thanks for the recipe!
