Cheese salad with garlic, egg and mayonnaise

Brilliant is not only simple, but also tasty and inexpensive! Cheese with garlic and egg salad has many cooking options and names. Like “Chesnochikha” and “Squirrel”. But it seems to me that the name “Jewish Salad” suits it best. And all because it has an ideal price-quality ratio.

I often cook cheese with garlic, I really like it))) I found a salad of cheese with garlic, egg and mayonnaise through a search engine. I also wanted to cook this, and add boiled eggs to our usual salad. It didn't take long to prepare. Everything is very simple! I boiled the eggs a little in advance and cooled them under running cold water. I grated cheese, eggs and garlic on a medium grater, seasoned with mayonnaise and ready! I added a whole head of garlic so that you could tear your eyes out, as the author writes. I didn’t add salt to the salad, as the mayonnaise is quite salty. I didn’t add paprika either, I just didn’t have it. I served cheese with garlic, egg and mayonnaise on slices of bread and with meatballs. Spreading a spicy salad on chicken pieces makes it very tasty and satisfying! Thank you!
