STEP 1
How to make Marseille salad with prunes? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Boil the chicken meat in salted boiling water until tender, cool and cut into cubes. Rinse the prunes, dry on a paper towel and cut into small strips. Separate the whites of the boiled eggs from the yolks and grate them separately on a fine grater.
STEP 3
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, mix with mayonnaise and garlic pressed through a garlic press. Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan, mix with Korean carrots.
STEP 4
Place prunes on a flat plate and brush with mayonnaise.
STEP 5
Then - chicken, again mayonnaise.
STEP 6
The next layer is carrots with nuts.
STEP 7
On top there is a ready-made cheese layer, and then the final layer is whites. Coat everything with mayonnaise on all sides and cover it evenly with yolk.
STEP 8
