  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make Anastasia salad with Korean carrots? Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Start preparing the salad with an egg pancake. It is better to sift the flour through a sieve. Large, selected eggs are needed.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

In a bowl, combine eggs, pre-sifted flour, water and salt.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Mix everything well, breaking up all the lumps. If lumps cannot be avoided, rub the mixture through a sieve.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and fry the pancake, covered, on both sides until cooked. The smaller the diameter of your frying pan, the thicker the pancake will be, which means it will take longer to bake. It is better to cook in a frying pan with a large diameter.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Transfer the finished pancake to a plate and cool.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

    Then cut into strips.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now prepare the ingredients for the salad base. You can buy Korean carrots from the store or prepare them yourself. You can replace the chicken fillet with a chicken leg, but keep in mind that the calorie content of the salad will change.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Pre-cook the chicken fillet in salted boiling water until cooked. Remove the chicken from the broth, cool and cut into small pieces or separate into fibers by hand.

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

Cut the ham into strips. Take the ham that you like to taste. You can replace the ham with smoked pork neck, ham or carbonate.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Chop the Chinese cabbage thinly. You can replace the Chinese cabbage with Savoy cabbage.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

Heat the walnuts in a dry frying pan for 2 minutes and chop with a knife. If desired, you can grind the nuts in a blender.

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

In a bowl, combine chicken fillet, ham, Chinese cabbage, Korean carrots and chopped egg pancake.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix gently.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

Place the finished salad on a plate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Bon appetit!

The recipe for Anastasia salad with Korean carrots has been in my bookmarks for a long time. I noticed its unusual appearance and composition and decided that I would definitely cook it someday) My only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier. The salad is incredibly delicious! It has so many different products that go together wonderfully. I made the Korean carrots myself in advance, choosing medium spiciness. My pancake turned out to be quite thick; when frying, the edges curled up, but I pressed them with a spatula so that they had time to cook. I took the ham from chicken and pork; I think it goes well with boiled chicken breast. For Chinese cabbage, I used only the top, where the leaves are thinner. The salad turned out beautiful, bright, with a spring mood) We all really liked it. The combination of products is successful, the salad is tasty and satisfying, with a slight spice. I advise everyone to try it!
