In a bowl, combine eggs, pre-sifted flour, water and salt.

Mix everything well, breaking up all the lumps. If lumps cannot be avoided, rub the mixture through a sieve.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over low heat. Pour in the egg mixture and fry the pancake, covered, on both sides until cooked. The smaller the diameter of your frying pan, the thicker the pancake will be, which means it will take longer to bake. It is better to cook in a frying pan with a large diameter.
