Salad with kirieshka and smoked sausage

STEP 1

How to make a salad with kirieshki and smoked sausage? To prepare the salad you will need smoked or semi-smoked sausage, croutons of any flavor (but will go best with the rest of the ingredients of bacon-flavored kirieshka or ham and cheese), canned corn, Chinese cabbage, eggs, garlic, cheese and lettuce for serving. All ingredients except eggs are already prepared, so preparing the salad will take very little time.
STEP 2

Peel the smoked sausage, cut first into slices and then into strips.
STEP 3

Place the smoked sausage cut into strips into a deep salad bowl.
STEP 4

Finely chop the Chinese cabbage. Beijing (Chinese) cabbage can be replaced with lettuce.
STEP 5

Place the chopped Chinese cabbage in the salad bowl with the sausage.
STEP 6

Boil the chicken eggs. Cut the boiled eggs into medium cubes and add to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 7

Drain the canned sweet corn and transfer it from the jar to a salad bowl.
STEP 8

Add Kirieshki croutons (I have ham and cheese flavors). Kirieshki today are produced in different flavors, which means the taste of the salad can be changed simply by adding croutons of a different flavor. Don’t forget to set aside some of the croutons for serving the salad. Squeeze two small cloves of garlic.
STEP 9

Season the salad with kirieshka and smoked sausage with mayonnaise, mix well. Mayonnaise should be added to the salad just before serving, as it causes the croutons to become soft and not crispy over time.
STEP 10

We will serve the salad Caesar style. Place lettuce leaves on a plate. Place salad with kirieshki on top of lettuce leaves.
STEP 11

Grate any hard cheese on a coarse grater (or cut into very thin transparent slices with a vegetable peeler). If you don’t need a festive salad, then you don’t need to add cheese at all, but I think with cheese it not only makes the salad look more elegant, but also tastes better.
STEP 12

Sprinkle the cheese over the salad and carefully lay out the remaining croutons.
