Dairy ice cream made from milk
You can use any milk for ice cream, although it depends on the specific recipe. That is, it can be low-fat, high-fat, natural, condensed or powdered milk. Also cow, goat, coconut, almond, soy or some other kind) Ice cream simply cannot be made from milk and sugar - it does not contain thickeners. But just add one of the ones listed below, and everything will work out!
Products that function as thickeners for milk ice cream are: cream, eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, bananas, condensed milk, dry powder, any berry or fruit puree. For example, for a vegetarian version of milk ice cream they take: soy or any other plant-based milk and bananas. You don't even need to add sugar, since these fruits themselves are very sweet. The mass is whipped in a blender until smooth, thickened, and then frozen.
To prevent ice crystals from forming in the ice cream (if they exist, it means the dessert is of poor quality), you need to stir the mixture with a spoon once every half hour or more often (this will be indicated in the milk ice cream recipe).
The simplest recipe for milk ice cream is condensed milk whipped into a puree with bananas. Instead of bananas, of course, you can take any other fresh fruits or berries, as well as ready-made purees from them. The taste of this ice cream is not much different from high-quality store-bought ice cream.
