  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make milk ice cream with strawberries? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Milk should be taken with a high percentage of fat content. I had 3.2% milk.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Pour milk into an enamel bowl. Place the container of milk on the stove. Over low heat, stirring with a spoon, bring the milk to a boil and turn off the heat.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

In a separate container, grind the yolks with sugar and starch until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. To improve the taste and give it a pleasant aftertaste, you can add a teaspoon of lemon juice to the ingredients (instead of lemon juice, you can add a couple of citric acid crystals) and a pinch of vanillin. Lemon juice will perfectly mask the specific taste of chicken eggs, and vanillin will make the delicacy especially aromatic.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the milk in a thin stream, while stirring with a spoon to prevent the eggs from curdling. Over low heat, bring the mixture to a boil, constantly stirring with a spoon. Turn off the heat. Let the milk-egg mixture cool until warm.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

If the strawberries are fresh, wash the berries, dry them and puree them in a blender. I used strawberry puree that was already frozen and prepared during the berry picking season. If you want the ice cream to be smooth, you can also rub the strawberry puree through a sieve.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Add strawberry puree to milk-egg mixture and mix well.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the milk-strawberry mixture into ice cream molds or a container and place in the freezer for 6 hours. If a container is used to prepare ice cream, then the frozen mass must be stirred every half hour. You can leave the ice cream in the molds overnight without disturbing it. Bon appetit!

My daughter wanted to make ice cream at home. Together we chose this recipe for milk ice cream with strawberries. We bought molds for ice cream specially for this purpose. We used milk with a fat content of 3.4 percent, and yolks from eggs of category C1. The strawberries were frozen, but only 160 grams. The missing amount of strawberries was replaced with banana. We took corn starch and added a pinch of citric acid instead of lemon juice. In total, we got about 660 ml of ice cream mixture, enough for 6 molds of 60 ml each and two jars from a yogurt maker (one was filled completely (about 200 ml) and one was half filled ( about 100 ml)). We left the ice cream in the freezer overnight. My daughter was very happy that she got real ice cream on a stick)) I would have added more sugar to my liking. The rest turned out very well. Now we are planning to make lingonberry and cranberry ice cream. Thank you very much for the recipe!

When adding the puree, the milk (warm) began to curdle.
