Today I want to share a very tender and delicious homemade ice cream. The original recipe used 33% fat cream, but since I'm not a big fan of full-fat ice cream, I used 15% cream and the ice cream turned out very tasty, so go by your taste.

    To prepare ice cream, take milk, cream (from 15 to 33% according to your taste), milk powder, regular and vanilla sugar, as well as corn starch (it’s not in the photo, I forgot to post it).

    In a saucepan, mix milk powder, sugar and vanilla sugar.

    From the total amount of milk we pour 50 ml, with this milk we will dilute the starch. Pour the remaining milk and cream into the dry mixture, mix thoroughly and heat the mixture to a boil.

    We dilute the starch with milk and pour it into the boiled milk mixture. Cook until thickened. The mixture will not thicken much, it will seem to become denser.

    Pour the resulting cream into a container suitable for freezing and let it cool completely. Place the cooled mixture in the freezer and freeze. During the first hour and a half, every 20-30 minutes, take out the ice cream and mix thoroughly so that ice crystals do not form.

    Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes and form into balls. Bon appetit!

A good ice cream recipe, the main thing is that all the products are natural. In the summer, instead of cream, I add fruit or berry puree, the children like it.

RAYAN :)), depending on what consistency you want the ice cream to be. To make it soft (creamy), you need 3-4 hours, but to make balls, it’s better to leave everything overnight. But in general, it all depends on your freezer, you may need a little more or less time.
