Very tasty homemade creamy ice cream made from cream, the taste is like from childhood. I wanted to try again the ice cream that we ate as children. Modern ice cream from the supermarket is not at all the same, it looks like frozen milk and is even cloyingly sweet. So I decided to make my own ice cream. I liked this recipe because I didn't have to use an ice cream maker, which I don't have. I took all the ingredients according to the list, only I replaced vanillin with a natural vanilla pod, since I try not to use synthetic analogues of products. For this recipe, I only needed half a vanilla pod. Next I prepared according to the recipe. The vanilla was added in the third step, and then the mixture had to be passed through a sieve to get rid of the vanilla grains. True, very small particles of vanilla still remained. The tray of ice cream was removed from the freezer twice after two hours and stirred. The ice cream froze well without being too hard and was easy to scoop with a round ice cream scoop. There were no ice crystals. The finished ice cream turned out to be soft, with a pleasant creamy vanilla taste. The amount of sugar is normal, the ice cream is not too sweet, which is very tasty. The notes of vanilla are well felt, not intrusive, but natural and pleasant. And the taste of cream is good. I ate a scoop of ice cream and then decided to make a dessert out of it. Placed a scoop of ice cream on chocolate biscuit cookies and topped with chocolate syrup and small chocolate chips. It turned out to be an amazing dessert. Creamy vanilla ice cream combined with chocolate is very tasty! Moreover, biscuit cookies go well with ice cream. This dessert can also be served to guests for a holiday.
