It is not advisable for the banana slices to “stick together” at the cut points. The resulting lumps will then be difficult to break up in a blender. Place the hardened banana slices into a blender bowl.

    Beat frozen banana pieces at highest power. First, large crumbs form. Add granulated sugar and lemon juice to the blender bowl. Also pour in some of the milk. You should not pour in the milk all at once, add it gradually, adjusting the thickness of the mass to your taste.

This summer I want to make homemade ice cream. The kids love it, and I know exactly all the ingredients. This time I made homemade banana ice cream in a blender. It is done very simply. I cut the banana into pieces and froze it. I swirled them in a blender, added 7 teaspoons of sugar, and little by little added milk and continued to beat the mass with a blender. In total I poured in a little more than 100 ml of milk. This was enough to make a homogeneous and fairly thick mass. I didn’t add any more milk; I liked the thickness of the consistency. I was so carried away by the process that I completely forgot to pour in the lemon juice, but it was delicious even without it. I put the banana-milk mixture into ice cream molds, and put what was left into a plastic container and put everything in the freezer. It turned out great ice cream, moderately sweet, with a pleasant banana taste. The kids are delighted and so am I. This is a great treat for hot summer days.
