Let's prepare the ingredients.

Mix condensed milk in a bowl with milk. To make mixing easier, leave the mixture for half an hour to soften the condensed milk.

In a tall bowl, start whipping the cream at low speed.

When they become foamy, beat more vigorously until stiff and whipped. This is what they look like in the end.

Use a mixer to mix condensed milk and milk evenly.

Continue whipping the cream at low speed, adding the milk mixture a spoonful at a time.

When the cream becomes fluid and both mixtures are equal in temperature, add the cream to the milk.

The result will be a smooth, fluffy and very tasty mass.

Place it in a container and lightly tap it on the table to release the air. Close the container.

Place the creme brulee in the freezer for 6-8 hours, preferably overnight. It is very good to open and stir the mixture several times, but this is not necessary.
