Ice cream with cookies

STEP 1

How to make cookie ice cream? Prepare your food. You can cook condensed milk yourself or use ready-made. Use thicker milk and it will taste better. Or replace it with cream of any fat content. Any cookie will do, I took chocolate. Also use syrup to taste, I used maple syrup. If you're making ice cream for adults only, you can use cream liqueur instead of syrup.
STEP 2

Take a deep bowl and place condensed milk in it. Pour in the milk. Using a mixer or immersion blender, beat them until the lumps disappear.
STEP 3

You should get a homogeneous caramel-colored mixture.
STEP 4

Grind the cookies until crumbly. The easiest way to do this is to put it in a bag and punch it with a rolling pin. Leave a few large pieces, the ice cream will taste better.
STEP 5

Pour the crushed cookies into the milk mixture. Pour the syrup in there. Mix all ingredients with a spatula.
STEP 6

Pour the mixture into a suitable container with a lid. Put it in the freezer. After an hour, remove the container and stir the contents with a spoon. Place the ice cream back in the refrigerator. After an hour, do the same. The ice cream will begin to freeze and stirring will help prevent crystals from forming. Stir it every hour until completely frozen.
STEP 7

Before serving, take out the ice cream 5 minutes, during which time it will soften. Serve the ice cream to the table. Please note that it melts quickly as it is made from milk. Bon appetit!
