Pour milk and cream into a saucepan.

Strain the mixture through a sieve and squeeze the mint well with your hands.

Add powdered sugar, mix.

Pour the mixture into a container and place in the freezer.

Main! - you need to mix the mass well every one and a half to two hours at least three times, it is good to use an immersion blender. If this is not done, then a block of ice will form, rather than an airy porous mass.

Add the chocolate pieces, cut with a knife, stir a fourth time with a spoon, and put in the freezer.
STEP 8
Before enjoying ice cream, you need to remove it from the freezer and keep it at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
