STEP 1
How to make ice cream from cream and milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Take a saucepan and place the egg yolks in it. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour in the milk and mix well. Add vanillin at the tip of a knife, as more can add bitterness to the finished dish, or replace it with vanilla sugar.
STEP 3
Place the saucepan over low heat or in a water bath and cook, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
STEP 4
As soon as the mixture begins to thicken, remove the saucepan from the heat. Cool the cream. To prevent a crust from appearing on the cream, it is better to cover it with cling film “in contact”.
STEP 5
Take the cream and pour it into a deep bowl so as not to stain the surface around it. Beat the cream with a mixer until a fluffy, stable foam forms.
STEP 6
Combine the cooled custard and whipped cream and stir gently in a circular motion.
STEP 7
Transfer the mixture to a container and place in the freezer. After 1-2 days, take it out and try homemade ice cream made from milk and cream. You can serve it with berries or fruits, pouring your favorite syrup on top if desired. Bon appetit!
