From early childhood, the kitchen was a magical place for me, where the aromas of my grandmother’s pies and my mother’s borscht created a unique atmosphere of comfort. After spending hours watching food being prepared, I fell in love with the art of cooking. Inspiration came from different parts of the world: oriental spices, Italian pastas, Mexican tacos - each culture gave me unique recipes and ideas. My goal is to show that anyone can cook. Simplicity and accessibility, like family recipes, have become fundamental to my approach, allowing me to share this joy with you.
I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts and Pastry at The French Pastry School.
