Chicken stomachs with sour cream can be prepared for lunch or dinner. To make the stomachs soft, I cook them for at least 40 minutes. It took me about 1 hour to prepare this dish. To begin with, I washed and cleaned the stomachs. Then I fry them for 15 minutes in a frying pan with finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. For the sauce, I combined low-calorie homemade mayonnaise with warm water and stirred well. For 0.5 cups of water - 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. When the stomachs were fried, I added the sauce to the pan. And simmered under a closed lid for 40 minutes. At the end I salted it and added 0.5 tablespoon of butter. The taste of the dish turned out to be tender - creamy and aromatic. I added chopped herbs to the finished dish. In my opinion, green onions go well with this dish. You can serve it with mashed potatoes as a side dish. Bon appetit :)
