I increased the amount of ingredients by one and a half times. Kneaded soft dough. I formed small cakes with my hands and fried them in a fairly large amount of oil. The donuts rose in the frying pan with lightning speed, their height increasing approximately three times. This should be taken into account when shaping the cakes and making them thinner. “Dumplings like grandma’s in a frying pan” turned out very tasty! They can hardly be compared to flatbreads or pancakes; they turned out to be very soft and rich inside, in a word - crumpets! Good recipe, I will use it again, thank you.
