I really love fried potatoes, but I haven’t tried them with bacon yet. So for the next dinner I cooked potatoes and bacon in a frying pan. After frying the bacon and onions, I decided to temporarily remove it from the pan so as not to dry it out. Before putting the potatoes in the pan, I washed and dried them. This makes the crust more appetizing. Before finishing frying, I combined everything and salted it. The main thing here is not to overdo it with salt. You should definitely try the bacon first. The dish turned out very tasty. The potatoes are golden brown and the bacon has a slight crunch. Homemade pickles went perfectly with the potatoes.
