    So, first, peel the zucchini and grind them in a blender along with the eggs to a mushy mass. Now pour warm kefir, oil, baking soda, slaked soda with vinegar into this mixture and mix this whole mass thoroughly with a whisk.

    Then little by little add pre-sifted flour to our mixture and mix everything well again. Now let the resulting dough stand for 5-7 minutes, and then bake thin shortcakes from it like regular pancakes. When all the pancakes are ready, prepare the cream.

    To do this, grate the processed cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Then finely chop the garlic and add it to the mixture along with mayonnaise. Mix this whole mass thoroughly and grease each pancake with it, stacking them one on top of the other. Grease the topmost pancake and sides of the cake with butter.

The recipe took about 40 minutes to prepare. The cake is very cool, tender and juicy. Tomatoes were not used for decorations due to their temporary absence; they were decorated with olives.
