Elise Smith

Remembering my childhood, I see myself in the kitchen next to my grandmother: her hands deftly twist the dough, and the aromas of spices fill the air. Family traditions passed down from generation to generation inspire me to this day. Traveling revealed the vibrant facets of world cuisine: I fell in love with Provençal herbs, Mexican street snacks, and the colorful dishes of Central Asia. My goal is to show that cooking is an accessible art and that homemade treats can connect, delight and inspire. Together we will create magic in your kitchen!

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Tante Marie Culinary Academy.
