Fishballs in tomato-sour cream sauce

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Let's prepare the products. I have silver carp fillet.
STEP 2
Grind the fish fillet through a meat grinder. Add egg, breadcrumbs to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the minced meat very well.
STEP 3
We wet our hands in water and make balls slightly larger than a walnut from the minced fish.
STEP 4
Heat up a frying pan with vegetable oil. Take a frying pan with high sides, we will stew our meatballs in it. Then roll each fish ball in flour.
STEP 5
Place all our fishballs (dipped in flour) into a frying pan and fry.

For the sauce, mix sour cream, tomato paste and water.
STEP 9
Pour the sauce over our fishballs, turn the heat to low, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes until done.
STEP 10
These are how delicious our fishballs are. Place on a plate and pour over the sauce. The side dish is delicious with mashed potatoes.
