Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Products for cooking.
STEP 2
Wash the fat, dry it and cut it lengthwise along the breast.
STEP 3
Salt and pepper on both sides.
STEP 4
Heat a little vegetable oil in a thick-bottomed frying pan and place the chicken inside down. Cover the chicken with a plate of smaller diameter than the frying pan and place a weight on it. Fry in this way on both sides.
STEP 5
While the chicken is fried, prepare the sauce, chop the cilantro and garlic cloves.
STEP 6
Combine chopped herbs, garlic, paprika, suneli hops and water in a bowl and mix. The sauce is ready.
STEP 7
Pour the sauce over the chicken and cover with a lid. Simmer over low heat for 7 minutes. Adjarian chicken is ready!

We love this chicken! Only I cook it until fully cooked under pressure and don’t simmer it! And when serving, I top it with a sauce made from melted butter, water, garlic, spices and cilantro!
