Lush pancakes with apples and bananas on kefir

STEP 1
Prepare everything you need, sift the flour

Pour kefir into a bowl, add 2 eggs
STEP 3
Add sugar, a pinch of salt and soda
STEP 4
Beat with a mixer until smooth, about a minute.
STEP 5
Add flour, mix well. You can add a little vanilla for flavor.
STEP 6
Peel the banana and apple and grate on a coarse grater
STEP 7
Add grated fruit to the dough and mix well. When adding apples and other juicy fruits, the dough may become thinner. It also liquefies towards the end of cooking. You can always add more flour, regardless of the stage of preparation.
STEP 8
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the dough with a tablespoon and fry on both sides. If the frying pan has a non-stick coating, then simply grease the surface.
STEP 9
The pancakes are soft, porous and tender
STEP 10
Sprinkle the finished pancakes with powdered sugar, pour some tea and sit down at the table. You can serve our pancakes with sour cream, jam, honey, condensed milk, etc.
