I haven’t made mushroom soup with buckwheat yet, but I wanted to try something new. I liked your recipe. Now we are in the season of honey mushrooms, so I want to diversify the dinner table for the household as much as possible by preparing mushrooms in different variations. I used chicken broth for the soup and it was perfect for this. I pre-boiled the honey mushrooms separately, washed them in a colander under running water, and then followed the recipe. I offered sour cream to everyone on a plate as desired. Everyone really liked the soup! Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

I like absolutely everything that has to do with mushrooms. The recipe for this soup is so simple that preparing it is just a joy, simple ingredients and ease of preparation does not mean that the dish will be an ordinary soup, it’s just super, I’ll add it to my menu and recommend it to you.
