STEP 1

We prepare the necessary products and seasonings to prepare a delicious appetizer of eggplants with carrots in Korean.
STEP 2

Cut the young eggplant into small pieces, place in a suitable container and add salt to taste.

Grate the carrots into a bowl using a Korean grater.
