Remove the first batch from the pan and fry the next one.

Today I made zucchini and potato pancakes using my favorite zucchini. I didn’t grate the vegetables, but chopped them coarsely and chopped them in a blender, this saved me a lot of time. I did not add cheese to the pancakes. I beat one large egg into the resulting mass, added spices, flour and mixed well. At first it seemed to me that the mass was quite thick, the author’s was more liquid, but when I let the minced vegetable stand for a while, it released juice, I mixed everything again and the consistency suited me quite well. I put it with a spoon on a well-heated frying pan with oil and with the spoon I formed a rather flat pancake , so that he certainly has time to prepare. During frying, the pancakes did not fall apart. The aroma from them was very appetizing, the children immediately came running and began to wait to try it. The pancakes themselves turned out juicy on the inside and slightly golden brown on the outside. I definitely recommend this recipe!
