Vitamin cheesecakes with sauce

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Cut the pumpkin into cubes and boil until tender.
STEP 2
Grate the apples on a coarse grater and cover with semolina. Leave for 10 minutes for the semolina to swell (in apple juice).
STEP 3
Place pumpkin, apples, cottage cheese, raisins, eggs, sugar, soda and vanilla sugar in a large bowl. Mix everything with a mixer.
STEP 4
Add flour and vegetable oil. The dough should not be very thick.
STEP 5
Place a tablespoon of our cheesecakes on a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil (there is no need to add oil during the frying process, what is in the dough is enough) and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until a characteristic rosy color.
STEP 6
This is how the cheesecakes turned out.
STEP 7
For the sauce, take 0.5 cups of sour cream and 0.5 cups of any jam (I used cherry). Stir and the sauce is ready. The result is not a very sweet sauce. Considering that our cheesecakes are sweet, this sauce will be just right. Try it! Bon appetit!
