Vitamin cheesecakes with sauce

It is very tasty and very healthy. Sea of vitamins). I've had a pumpkin since Halloween with a mouth and eyes carved into it. It would be a pity to throw it away, did you think about making something like this out of it? And so I came up with an idea. I wanted as much healthy food as possible, because it’s winter, there aren’t many vitamins, and they don’t want to eat pumpkin. These cheesecakes went with a bang. Well, very tasty!

    STEP 5

Place a tablespoon of our cheesecakes on a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil (there is no need to add oil during the frying process, what is in the dough is enough) and fry on both sides for 1-2 minutes until a characteristic rosy color.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

This is how the cheesecakes turned out.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

For the sauce, take 0.5 cups of sour cream and 0.5 cups of any jam (I used cherry). Stir and the sauce is ready. The result is not a very sweet sauce. Considering that our cheesecakes are sweet, this sauce will be just right. Try it! Bon appetit!

It’s so good that I received your greetings... otherwise I kept waiting and waiting for your new (promised recipe) ... and... apparently I missed it. And it’s a real masterpiece - it’s not a cheesecake, but a whole pie... I definitely need to try again.
