Vegetarian lasagna with zucchini

This amazing lasagna recipe will please both vegetarians and meat eaters! In the summer I often prepare a version of lasagna called “Vegetable Vegetarian Lasagna”. My friend gave me the recipe. She loves to cook and does it masterfully. I'm still just learning. But my family said that “Vegetable lasagna” turns out great for me.

I love lasagna, it’s a wonderful dish, but I make it with meat and prepare the lasagna dough myself, it turns out cheaper, I put more cheese, sprinkle each layer with regular hard cheese, and rub Parmesan cheese on top. The recipe for vegetable lasagna is also very good, especially in the summer, when there are plenty of these same vegetables.
