    Wash chicken eggs with soap and dry with a towel. Break the raw eggs one at a time into a deep bowl and mix. Pour in the required amount of milk, add a little salt and, if desired, dry spices. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are combined. No need to beat.

    Grease a casserole dish with butter (with butter it tastes better and is easier to remove). Place boiled pasta in it. It is better to choose a low pan so that the pasta is completely covered in the egg and milk mixture. Pour in the egg-milk mixture. The other day I made a pasta casserole using this recipe. I took more pasta - as much as was left after dinner))) In order for the eggs and milk to cover the pasta, I added another egg and 100 ml of milk. I made a salty version of the casserole. I added a little dried garlic and sprinkled the casserole with grated Mozzarella cheese about 30 minutes after baking in the oven. The casserole turned out very tasty, aromatic, filling, with a crispy cheese crust. A great option for using yesterday's pasta. The only thing is that I overcooked the casserole a little, since there was liquid milk and eggs in the center for a very long time. Maybe you could have turned off the oven earlier, but I was afraid and baked the casserole for more than an hour. Therefore, the crust turned out to be very golden brown))) Many thanks to the author for the recipe. I recommend!!! Here is my casserole))) P.S. I know that many recipe authors read photo reviews. I would like to make a small request - to indicate in such recipes in the text the amount of the finished product after cooking (pasta, rice, buckwheat, etc.). In my opinion, this is very convenient. I made this casserole for breakfast. I used yesterday’s pasta, so I added the egg-milk mixture by eye. This is a great option to elevate last night's dinner. I made a non-sweet casserole. Additionally, I added black pepper and sprinkled grated hard cheese on top. Bake until the top is browned. It turned out very tasty! The cheese on the bottom was melted and stretchy, and the top had a golden brown crust. The pasta set perfectly with the mixture. The casserole turned out delicious, I love such delicate combinations. Nourishing and beautiful, at the same time simple dish. Great recipe!
