STEP 1
How to make pasta casserole with eggs in the oven. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. How to choose pasta, read the article at the end of this recipe. Take category CO or three small eggs. I had milk with a fat content of 3.2%, but this is not important. You can add any spices to your taste.
STEP 2
Place a saucepan with cold water on the fire. As soon as the water boils, add salt. Pour the raw pasta into boiling water and cook until tender, following the time recommended in the instructions on the package. Once the pasta is ready, place it in a colander and let the liquid drain. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. You can also use previously boiled pasta.
STEP 3
Wash chicken eggs with soap and dry with a towel. Break the raw eggs one at a time into a deep bowl and mix. Pour in the required amount of milk, add a little salt and, if desired, dry spices. Whisk the mixture until all ingredients are combined. No need to beat.
STEP 4
Grease a casserole dish with butter (with butter it tastes better and is easier to remove). Place boiled pasta in it. It is better to choose a low pan so that the pasta is completely covered in the egg and milk mixture. Pour in the egg-milk mixture. You can place pieces of butter on top, then the casserole will be more rosy. Place the pan in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Times are approximate. Read about ovens at the end of the recipe.
STEP 5
Serve the finished pasta casserole with egg and milk hot. This dish will brighten up any breakfast and will also be a wonderful, filling, satisfying dinner.
