It is advisable to choose a baking tray with high sides, at least 7 cm - the more layers, the tastier the dish. If you have no plans to prepare a casserole in reserve or for a large company, you should look for small rectangular heat-resistant molds. Such containers are designed for one person, and lasagna is served in them from the oven directly to the table. Lasagna can be a semi-finished product. Two methods of stockpiling are used. First, the product must be completely cooked, gradually cooled, cut into portions, wrapped each in foil or plastic and placed in the freezer. Or another way: put the raw ingredients in a frost-resistant mold and freeze immediately.
