The recipe is quite simple to follow, but it turned out a little dry. Next time I'll use more sour cream and cheese. But in general, a very tasty “lasagna” turned out in just an hour of leisurely work, and this is taking into account the fact that I just rested for 30 minutes, sending the form into the oven.

My weakness is these very lasagnas, especially the beef lasagna prepared according to an Italian recipe in the ANDIS PIZZA restaurant chain. I myself have never risked cooking it, I’m afraid to spoil all the wonderful impressions created by eating it in an Italian restaurant and prepared by skilled masters of the Italian culinary masterpiece! And this recipe is quick and easy to prepare, and delicious - I’m 100% sure of it!!! I’ll start my experience of making lasagna with this recipe.
