Step-by-step preparation

Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices

Clean and slice the mushrooms

Finely chop the onion

Grease the multi bowl with vegetable oil. Place potatoes in it. Add a little salt and season with spices

If desired, add finely chopped greens (I have a mixture of different greens from the freezer)

Place mushrooms on top. Mix sour cream with water. Brush mushrooms with this mixture. Close the lid and SET THE BAKE MODE FOR 1 HOUR. You need to focus on your multicooker. I have Redmond and 1 hour was enough for me.

While the dish is baking, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 9

When the dish is ready, open the lid and sprinkle with cheese. Close the lid and leave for 5 minutes. The heating program will automatically turn on.
