Lazy cabbage rolls with minced chicken in a slow cooker

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
All the ingredients are in our cabbage rolls. The rice is already soaked in water at the rate of 1 to three.
STEP 2
This is our slow cooker in which I will cook lazy cabbage rolls with minced chicken.
STEP 3
Pour a little olive oil into the multicooker and turn on the “Fry” mode. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent, then add the chopped carrots and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
STEP 4
Finely chop the cabbage to about 2x2 cm.
STEP 5
Add rice and cabbage, mix well, and fry for another 5 minutes.
STEP 6
Fry the prepared minced chicken breasts. I did this in a frying pan while frying vegetables in a slow cooker.
STEP 7
Mix the fried minced meat with what we have in the slow cooker. Add salt, spices, and rice soaking water. Mix well.
STEP 8
Set to cook in “Vegetables” mode.
STEP 9
It won't be any worse if the finished dish is left to simmer in the "warm" mode.
